Watch: Cowboys Kicker Brandon Aubrey Converts 66-Yard Field Goal

In a stellar performance on Saturday night, Dallas Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey showcased his talent by making a remarkable 66-yard field goal in a 27-12 win over the Las Vegas Raiders.

If this kick had occurred in a regular-season game, it would have secured him a spot in the NFL record books, equaling the record previously set by Justin Tucker of the Baltimore Ravens. Tucker made his 66-yard kick during the regular season in 2021, while Aubrey’s impressive kick easily cleared the goalposts.

Aubrey’s field goal came just as the first half concluded, putting the Cowboys ahead 13-6.

Earlier in the game, he had also successfully kicked a 54-yarder.

At 29 years old, Aubrey is already notable in NFL history for starting his career last season with 35 consecutive successful field goals. He wrapped up last season with a record of 36 out of 38 attempts, including a long field goal of 60 yards, after joining the Cowboys from the United States Football League following his tenure with Notre Dame.

Prior to his football career, Aubrey played professionally in soccer.
