Bacon makes everything tastier. That’s the hope of Buffalo Wild Wings as they launch their new “ultimate bacon menu.”

Starting on Monday, August 19, Buffalo Wild Wings will roll out four new bacon-themed dishes:

• Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger: Crafted with hand-smashed double patties, topped with thick-cut bacon, American cheese, mac & cheese, pickled hot peppers, and Hatch chile aioli, all on a challah bun.
• Bacon Patty Melt: Features hand-smashed double patties piled high with thick-cut bacon, Swiss and American cheeses, along with grilled onions on brioche toast with a splash of bacon aioli.
• BLT Sandwich: Includes thick-cut bacon, shredded iceberg lettuce, and tomato, all served with bacon aioli on toasted parmesan brioche.
• Buffalo Bacon Sauce: A blend of traditional buffalo sauce with a smoky bacon twist; available temporarily on wings, burgers, sandwiches, and more.

These new menu items are currently available across participating Buffalo Wild Wings locations nationwide.

“We have enhanced our offerings with new thick-cut bacon dishes that merge high-quality ingredients and delightful flavors, from the smoky profile of our Buffalo Bacon Sauce to the tempting Bacon Patty Melt,” stated Tristan Meline, chief marketing officer at Buffalo Wild Wings, in a press release.
