Travis and Jason Kelce Secure Major New Distribution Agreement for their ‘New Heights’ Podcast
As football season approaches, NFL star Travis Kelce and his brother Jason, who has recently retired, have partnered with a new and highly profitable distributor for their well-liked podcast, “New Heights.”
Amazon’s Wondery will now handle all advertisement sales and distribution for the Kelce brothers’ weekly show, as revealed in an announcement made on Tuesday.
In their statement, Travis and Jason Kelce expressed, “Wondery shares our vision and will bring extensive experience and resources to help us reach new heights. We look forward to creating innovative moments through this collaboration. We’re excited to kick off Season 3 — see you soon, 92%ers!”
According to Variety, the agreement spans three years and exceeds $100 million.
The “New Heights” podcast, launched two years ago by the Kelce brothers, has become what Wondery CEO Jen Sargent describes as “a cultural phenomenon.”
Alongside their extensive knowledge of football from a combined 24 years in the NFL, the Kelce brothers often share insights from their personal lives, discuss pop culture, and touch on various other topics during their podcast. Additionally, the show’s profile has escalated significantly due to Travis Kelce’s high-profile relationship with music star Taylor Swift.
This new partnership will grant ad-free listening for Wondery+ subscribers and enable the creation of new products and merchandise tied to the “New Heights” podcast.
