This was the caption Jennifer Lopez chose for her first Instagram carousel post following her divorce filing from her husband and actor Ben Affleck at the end of August.

Among the slides in the post shared on Saturday, one stated, “Everything is unfolding in divine order.” Another showcased a pink tie-dye sweatshirt with the message “blessed mom.” The inspirational messages continued: one slide depicted a woman in a shirt that read, “she’s in bloom and unbothered out of reach and at peace.”

The carousel also displayed several mirror selfies, JLo enjoying an ice cream cone, a relaxing bubble bath, daisies, and a selfie of the Hustlers star with a top that featured “dream.”

As outlined in the divorce petition reviewed by YSL News, Lopez has requested to revert her legal name from Jennifer Lynn Affleck back to Jennifer Lynn Lopez.

Notably, Lopez filed for divorce on the second anniversary of their wedding ceremony in Georgia, which took place at Affleck’s estate near Savannah.

In her petition, the “Jenny from the Block” singer filed without a lawyer, noting July 16, 2022—when they tied the knot in a Las Vegas chapel—as their marriage date and April 26 as their separation date.

Lopez’s filing follows months of speculation among fans and media as they were seen attending events separately.

At the Met Gala on May 6 in New York City, Affleck was notably absent while Lopez attended as one of the event’s co-chairs. The previous night, Affleck was seen at Netflix’s “The Greatest Roast of All Time: The Roast of Tom Brady” in Los Angeles without Lopez by his side.

Lopez and Affleck were photographed together for the first time in over a month on May 16, both wearing their wedding rings. Since then, there have been several sightings of them together, although they reportedly are no longer cohabitating.
