Jennifer Meyer, who was previously married to Tobey Maguire, is now embracing a new phase of life.

The accomplished jewelry designer announced her engagement to music mogul Geoffrey Ogunlesi via an Instagram post on Saturday.

“YES!!! ♥️♾️✨,” Meyer enthusiastically wrote in her caption.

Geoffrey Ogunlesi is the founder of The Ogunlesi Group, a talent management company located in Los Angeles. The firm manages well-known artists like hip-hop sensation Young Thug and Tony Award-winning actor Myles Frost, as stated on their LinkedIn profile.

Additionally, Ogunlesi is the son of Adebayo Ogunlesi, a Nigerian attorney and investment banker, whose estimated net worth is $1.7 billion according to Forbes.

Meyer runs her own jewelry brand, which has been worn by celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Kate Hudson. She is the daughter of Ron Meyer, the former vice chairman of NBCUniversal and a co-founder of the Creative Artists Agency.

Many of Meyer’s celebrity friends, including Jennifer Garner, Paris Hilton, Goldie Hawn, and Rachel Bilson, took to the comments to extend their congratulations on the exciting news.

“❤❤❤❤ we are all so thrilled for you,” wrote Hawn. “🥰 I love you !!!”

This marks Meyer’s second engagement. She met “Spider-Man” actor Maguire in 2003, marrying him four years later in Hawaii. The couple has two children, Ruby, 17, and Otis, 15.

They announced their separation in 2016 after nearly a decade together. At that time, they expressed in a statement to People magazine, “As devoted parents, our top priority is to raise our children together with lasting love, respect, and friendship.”

Meyer honored Maguire and their co-parenting journey with a heartfelt Instagram post on Father’s Day, referring to him as “the most devoted, caring, generous, and supportive person.”

“Happy Father’s Day to the best dad/X/bff! T- I don’t know how we got so lucky to have you!” Meyer expressed. “I’ve mentioned it before, and I’ll say it again: choosing a wonderful man to be the father of your kids is priceless. … Ruby and Otis truly hit the jackpot. We adore you! ♥️”
