Another Duggar wedding has taken place!

Jason Duggar, the 12th child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, wed his girlfriend Maddie Grace at a ceremony attended by 300 guests on Thursday at The Estate at Sweetwater Creek in Tennessee, as reported by People magazine on Friday.

The couple shared all the details of their wedding day with the entertainment outlet.

“It was incredible to have everyone celebrate us together, something you never experience again in life with all your beloved ones in one place,” said the newly named Maddie Duggar. She further mentioned, “It was especially meaningful for us; since I’m from Tennessee, half of my family resides in Tennessee and Kentucky, while we’ll be moving to Arkansas.”

According to People, eight of Jason’s 18 siblings participated in the wedding party. His brother Jedediah was the best man, along with groomsmen James, Justin, and Jackson Duggar. The bridesmaids included his sisters Johannah, Jennifer, Jordyn-Grace, and the youngest child, Josie Duggar.

The couple first connected through Instagram DMs after Jason teased his older sister Jana, who just got married in August, about finding a partner.

Jason recounted, “In a conversation with Jana, I told her, ‘If you want to meet someone, you have to put yourself out there.’ So, I decided to explore and show her I could do it too.” Maddie chimed in, “Jase discovered my profile because he accidentally clicked on the notifications button and saw my picture. He thought, ‘She’s cute.’ It felt like it was meant to be.”

Maddie remarked, “We would have never crossed paths otherwise. It’s just surreal.” Now, nearly a year later, they’re married.

“We’re both quite simple at heart. We just want to enjoy life together,” Jason expressed. “We look forward to what the future holds and the next steps we’ll take together.”
