Other components of Harris’ “Opportunity Agenda for Black men,” shared today, propose providing 1 million “fully forgivable” loans to Black business owners and introducing new federal regulations for cryptocurrency aimed at protecting digital currency investors.

According to Harris’ campaign, if she is elected, the vice president plans to eliminate the legal barriers that hinder Black men and other citizens by nationwide marijuana legalization, working in collaboration with Congress to ensure the safe production, distribution, and use of recreational marijuana.

In 2020, after losing Georgia by a slim margin of just under 12,000 votes, Donald Trump approached state officials, including the governor and secretary of state, seeking assistance to reverse the election outcome.

Trump requested Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, to “find 11,780 votes,” but Raffensperger declined. He also asked Governor Brian Kemp to initiate an audit and gather the state legislature to change the electoral vote allocation, but Kemp also refused.

With the election approaching on November 5, Trump has made unsubstantiated claims about Democratic “cheating,” which may set the stage for another contest over the election results if he loses. In a June debate, he hesitated to confirm if he would accept the results of the current election, eventually stating he would only do so if it were “a fair and legal and good election.”

However, it seems unlikely Trump would convince state leaders to withhold electoral votes from Vice President Kamala Harris. Democrats have gained significant influence in key battleground states, and the Republican governors in states leaning toward Harris have made no indications they would alter the election outcome. In fact, many have publicly stated they will not do that.

Officials from the Republican administrations of New Hampshire, Vermont, and Virginia—all showing a tendency toward Harris in polling—have informed YSL News that they plan to certify the election results, regardless of who wins. Furthermore, leading election officials in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and North Carolina have similarly vowed not to be influenced.

Will Trump provide comprehensive medical records before Election Day?

It seems unlikely that Trump will release a detailed medical report similar to the one Harris issued recently.

The report, which was based on an examination conducted in April, was intended to contrast the Democratic presidential candidate with her opponent, Donald Trump, who would be the oldest person elected to the presidency and has revealed minimal health information.

Trump and his supporters have dismissed inquiries about whether he will disclose the same information. He has stated on Truth Social that Harris should also take a test for “Cognitive Stamina and Agility.”

A campaign statement noted that Trump “has maintained an exceptionally busy and active campaign schedule unlike any other in political history.”
