Taylor Swift Unveils ‘Eras Tour’ Book Alongside Special Edition ‘Tortured Poets’ on CD and Vinyl

Taylor Swift unveils Eras tour book along with new bonus version of ‘Tortured Poets’ on CD and vinyl

Taylor Swift’s highly anticipated “The Tortured Poets Department” will soon be available in physical formats.

This 31-song edition of her 11th studio album, which came out this spring, has only been accessible digitally until now.

On November 29, Swift plans to release “The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology” on both vinyl and CD, exclusively at Target. This new edition will feature four acoustic bonus tracks, and the vinyl will come with a poster of Swift.

Also launching that same day for Black Friday at Target is “Taylor Swift – The Eras Tour Book,” which consists of 256 pages showcasing 500 images. This includes performance snapshots from all eras of the tour, rehearsal visuals, and personal thoughts from Swift. Expected to be a favored holiday present for Swift fans, it will retail for $39.99.

On her Instagram, Swift shared, “It’s hard to believe we’re starting the final leg of The Eras Tour this week. This tour has been an amazing journey, and I wanted to create a special way to relive the memories we shared.” The book contains what she describes as her “personal reflections” from the tour.

Initially, Swift released a 16-track version of “The Tortured Poets Department,” but just two hours after its release on April 19, she added 15 more tracks, such as “Thank You Aimee,” “The Black Dog,” and “So High School,” which is a tribute to her boyfriend Travis Kelce. This completed “The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology.”

The album achieved the number one spot on the Billboard 200 and maintained its position for an impressive 15 non-consecutive weeks. All 31 tracks from “The Anthology” made their way onto the Billboard Hot 100, uniquely claiming the top 14 spots at the same time – a first in chart history.

Swift marked significant commercial success with global hits like “Fortnight,” a collaboration with Post Malone, and the standout track “I Can Do it With a Broken Heart,” which showcases her psychological electro-pop flair.

In May, Swift adjusted her spectacular live performances to include tracks from her latest album, seamlessly introducing her hits like “But Daddy I Love Him,” “Down Bad,” and “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived.” After a two-month break, she will resume her record-breaking Eras Tour this Friday in Miami.

Launched in March 2023, the tour will continue to cities like New Orleans, Indianapolis, and Toronto, culminating in a three-night finale in Vancouver from December 6-8, just days before Swift’s 35th birthday.
