Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces Allegations of Violent Assault in 2018 Lawsuit

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces lawsuit from woman alleging ‘violent gang rape’ in 2018

Sean “Diddy” Combs is under fresh legal scrutiny as he deals with a series of sexual assault and trafficking allegations. He is currently in jail awaiting a trial set for 2025 after opting to plead not guilty to federal charges against him.

A lawsuit recently filed in a Northern California federal court reveals that Ashley Parham, a resident of California, has accused Combs of multiple offenses, including sexual assault and battery, abuse, false imprisonment, and kidnapping. According to her, she virtually met Combs in February 2018 after a man she encountered at a bar initiated a FaceTime call with the founder of Bad Boy Records.

Parham’s lawsuit states that after she suggested during the call that Combs was involved in the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur in 1996, the man from the bar “set her up” to be assaulted by Combs the following month. She alleges that the incident took place on March 23, 2018, in the man’s apartment located in Orinda, California, near Oakland.

She claims that Combs threatened her with a knife and, along with several accomplices, assaulted her sexually.

Among those named in the lawsuit is Kristina Khorram, who Combs previously referred to as “my right hand” at Combs Enterprises. She is accused of aiding Combs in his alleged predatory behavior by allegedly orchestrating the situation that led to Parham’s assault and assisting in covering it up afterward.

Parham is seeking $50 million in damages and has requested a jury trial.

YSL News has reached out to representatives for both Combs and Khorram, but no comment has been received. TMZ was the first news outlet to report on this lawsuit.

According to a report, Parham told an officer from the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office, who responded to a neighbor’s call, that she was “violently gang raped” by Combs and others.

She stated that she was treated at a hospital where a rape kit was conducted. While in the hospital, she claimed that officers from Walnut Creek Police took her statement, but she did not name Combs at that time, fearing that she would be ignored or potentially harmed if Combs found out she had mentioned his name to law enforcement.

Furthermore, she asserted that she filed a report with the Orinda Police Department but again was afraid to name Combs as one of her attackers.

YSL News has also contacted the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office, Walnut Creek Police Department, and Orinda Police Department for comments on the case.

This latest lawsuit follows a pattern, as just a day prior, six civil lawsuits were filed against Combs, accusing him of sexually assaulting a minor and various other rapes occurring from 1995 to 2021. Over the past year, more than a dozen civil lawsuits have been initiated against Combs following his former girlfriend Cassie’s allegations of sexual assault and abuse that spanned over a decade, which resulted in a rapid settlement.

According to Combs’ legal team, Cassie received a sizable eight-figure settlement as part of the agreement.

Recently, Combs was arrested on charges related to racketeering, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution. He continues to declare his innocence amidst these serious civil and criminal allegations.
