Nick Jonas Abruptly Exits Stage Amid Laser Pointer Incident at Jonas Brothers Concert in Prague

Nick Jonas flees stage after audience member points laser at him during Prague Jonas Brothers concert

During a Jonas Brothers concert in Prague, Nick Jonas abruptly exited the stage after a spectator reportedly directed a laser pointer at him.

Footage shared on TikTok and reposted by Pop Base on X showed the singer making a “timeout” gesture while leaving the stage on Tuesday night.

The trio, which includes Nick’s siblings Joe and Kevin Jonas, returned to perform shortly after. The O2 Arena in Prague confirmed the brief halt was due to a concertgoer using a laser pointer, as reported by YSL News.

“We can verify that the Jonas Brothers’ show was interrupted for a few minutes because of the use of a forbidden laser pointer by someone in the crowd,” stated an arena spokesperson. “The organizing team took action right away. The band resumed their performance after a short break.”

The Jonas Brothers are currently on a world tour that started last August and is scheduled to conclude Wednesday in Krakow, Poland. YSL News has reached out to the band’s representatives for a statement.

This latest incident follows a series of onstage occurrences involving well-known bands in recent weeks. Last month, police in Detroit reported that an individual was detained for flying a drone over Comerica Park during a Green Day concert, which forced the band to leave the stage early.

“A person flew a drone into Comerica Park, causing Green Day to exit the stage,” stated spokesman Cpl. Dan Donakowski of the Detroit Police Department. “Officers located the individual. He is currently being held for further questioning.”

The band members left the stage around 8:50 p.m. while singing their popular track “Longview,” responding to signals from crew members who appeared unexpectedly from the sides of the stage.

Shortly after, video screens displayed a message: “SHOW PAUSE: PLEASE, STANDBY FOR DETAILS.”
