The iconic 50th season of “Saturday Night Live” continues tonight following last week’s episode, hosted by Ariana Grande with musical guest Stevie Nicks.
In this week’s episode, actor Michael Keaton returns to host for the fourth time, as per NBC. He first took the helm in a Halloween special back in 1982, later hosting in 1992 and 2015.
Keaton recently made a comeback as Beetlejuice in “Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice,” a follow-up to the beloved 1988 Tim Burton movie. The actor, who has won Golden Globe and Emmy Awards, also collaborated with Burton in “Batman” (1989) and “Batman Returns” (1992), where he portrayed the iconic superhero.
The current season kicked off on September 28 with Jean Smart hosting the premiere, followed by comedian Nate Bargatze in the next episode. Music acts Jelly Roll and Coldplay performed during those episodes, respectively.
Who is the Musical Artist for October 19’s ‘SNL’?
Pop sensation Billie Eilish will be the musical act for this Saturday’s show, according to NBC.
Eilish is currently on her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour, which will take her to various arenas across the U.S. until December. After that, she will head to Australia and Europe in 2025.
