Nacua has struggled with knee injuries throughout this season. He initially sustained a knee injury earlier
During the team’s Week 1 defeat against the Detroit Lions, Nacua suffered an injury that was further compounded. As a result, the Rams placed him on injured reserve.
However, they brought Nacua back before their Week 8 matchup with the Minnesota Vikings. In that game, he excelled with a team-high seven receptions and 106 receiving yards, contributing to a win. Over two games this season, he has recorded 11 catches for a total of 141 receiving yards.
This season, the extensive Player of the Year award recipients have only shared the field in two matches.
Nacua achieved a remarkable feat by breaking the rookie single-season records for both receptions (105) and receiving yards (1,486) in 2023. He was selected by the Rams in the fifth round of last year’s draft.
The Rams are set to face off against the Seahawks in Seattle on Sunday.
