For its monthly Spotify Wrapped on October 31st, Spotify is reportedly stopping tracking user information.

Users can share their favorite songs, artists, and apps from the year on social media through the famous plan. Additionally, the streaming service creates a video of the 100 most popular music and shares fun facts about Taylor Swift’s viewers, including what their musical style looks like and whether they rank among the top 1 %.

Many people assume the app solely tracks listening practices between Jan. 1 and Oct. 31 despite Wrapped’s typically release date being soon November to early December. On Wednesday, some people quipped website that they only have 24 hours to keep their benefits.

People are assured that the story is misleading by Spotify. On Thursday, the audio streamers shared a Halloween image of a jack-o-lantern with chocolate and a message that read,” Spotify Wrapped does n’t stop calculating on October 31.”

When did Music Wrapped 2024 get released?

Spotify has yet to announce when 2024 Wrapped did drop, but based on previous decades, it’s arriving within the next month. Spotify has increased the launch date for Wrapped over the past few years.

Last week’s Wrapped dropped on Nov. 29. In 2022, Spotify Wrapped released on Nov. 30. In 2021 and 2020 it released on Dec. 1. In 2019 it released Dec. 5 and in 2018 it released Dec. 6.

What is Spotify Wrapped?

Spotify was founded in 2016 with a plan that combines user-listening data from Spotify and creates an engaging screen of the music that the consumer listened to the most.

Generally, Spotify Wrapped shows a person’s best music, artists and genres. People are encouraged to discuss their Spotify Wrapped on social advertising.

User data is gathered from January 1 through the fall of that year to create a patient’s Spotify Wrapped.

When does Spotify Wrapped prevent monitoring?

People may be unsure when their listening patterns are finished because Spotify Wrapped was released before Dec. 31.

The streaming services posted to X, previously Twitter, last year that monitoring may continue through October 31 despite not having yet announced when it will prevent tracking speaker data for Wrapped this time.

A launch date for 2024 Apple Music Replay has not been announced.
