Joan hinted that the tension isn’t over, mentioning, “Every finale in ‘Bachelor’ history has a twist. Expect tears and heightened emotions. However, there will also be joyful tears in the end.”

Joan Vassos, who appeared on “The Golden Bachelor,” is the first leading lady of “The Golden Bachelorette” on ABC.

A 61-year-old private school administrator from Rockville, Maryland, Vassos was a favored contestant, thanks to the success of “The Golden Bachelor,” which was highlighted by YSL News in February.
