Bishop T.D. Jakes is ‘stable’ following health scare during sermon
Bishop T.D. Jakes, aged 67, experienced what his church referred to as a “minor health incident” during his sermon on Sunday.
The Potter’s House Church, the nondenominational Christian church in Dallas, Texas, where Jakes was preaching on Sunday, released a statement via his official X account, stating that he received “immediate medical attention” following the sermon.
The statement confirmed, “Bishop Jakes is stable and is being looked after by medical professionals.”
He had appeared in an Instagram post promoting the service prior to its start at 9 a.m. CT.
