In a recent interview, Anna Kendrick revealed that she donated the money from her directorial debut to charities. The Netflix picture” Lady of the Hour” has no commercial success.

Kendrick, who directed and starred in” Lady of the Hour”, appeared on an October 25″ Crime Addict AF” podcast show, where she said the income earned went to the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) and the National Center for Victims of Crime.

According to Kendrick,” Think me, this was never a money-making endeavor for me because all the tools were purely used to make the movie,” Kendrick told podcast host Ashley Flowers.

The women’s lives and experiences in Rodney Alcala’s” Lady of the Hour,” which was released on Netflix on October 18, are the subject of the film. Kendrick plays Cheryl Bradshaw, a 28-year-old person who met Alcala on a popular TV show called” The Dating Game” in 1978.

Kendrick did n’t consider whether the movie would make any money until the week before the event because she was so focused on meeting the timeframe for the Toronto Film Festival.

” I went from becoming like’ Let me know when the film happens’ to like’ Oh God, I’m concerned for this.’ … And then it was like ‘ Oh, there’s want money gonna get exchanging fingers.'”

When she realized she was “gross,” she told Flowers, explaining that she did n’t want to profit from the film’s production.

Although it’s still a complex topic, it seemed like the least thing I really would.

YSL News reached out to Kendrick’s workouts on Friday, who confirmed that she made funds to both non-profit companies. They did not immediately respond to YSL News’s investigation about potential funds, or any other businesses benefited.
