Brianna LaPaglia Reveals Ex-Zach Bryan Proposed a $12 Million NDA Post-Breakup

Brianna LaPaglia reveals Zach Bryan offered her $12 million NDA after their split

Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia recently spoke on a podcast about her previous relationship with Zach Bryan, claiming that he proposed a $12 million non-disclosure agreement (NDA) after they broke up, which she declined.

The country singer announced on October 22 that he and LaPaglia had ended their relationship. Two weeks later, LaPaglia, 25, discussed her experience for the first time on the “BFFs Podcast,” which she co-hosts with Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards.

“The last year has been incredibly tough, like, I’ve been dealing with abuse from this guy,” she stated. “Honestly, I still feel afraid of him.”

She chose not to elaborate on the specifics of the alleged abuse.

LaPaglia mentioned, “My decision to refuse the money is not just for me. It’s for anyone who’s suffered emotional abuse. It’s for those currently facing similar situations, especially those without a support system, which I was fortunate to have during this ordeal.”

YSL News has reached out to Bryan’s team for a response.

Brianna LaPaglia: Zach Bryan’s team made a ‘substantial offer’

In a snippet from this week’s podcast episode, LaPaglia disclosed that after her breakup, “his team contacted me and offered me a substantial amount of money, a significant lump sum along with some options.”

“Essentially, I would receive the money over three years in exchange for relinquishing my experiences and who I am to this person,” she clarified. “I don’t believe one can pay off those they’ve wronged to safeguard their own interest. To offer millions to keep quiet about a supposedly beautiful relationship speaks volumes… I did not accept the money, nor will I ever.”

During the podcast, LaPaglia reiterated she had turned down $12 million in exchange for signing an NDA, stating, “It was never about the money; I loved him, that’s why I was in the relationship.”

She accused Bryan of having previous partners sign NDAs, asserting, “You made the women before me think they had no other option but to accept money from you.”

Zach Bryan’s statement about the breakup: ‘I respect and love her’

When Bryan announced his breakup from LaPaglia last month, he commented, “I respect and love her with all my heart. She has loved me without conditions for a long time, and for that, I will always be grateful.”

He went on to say, “I have faced a challenging year personally and have dealt with some serious issues. I thought it would be best for both of us to go our separate ways. I’m not perfect, and I never will be. Please respect Brianna’s privacy and space during this time; if you can, extend the same to me.”

Following Bryan’s announcement, LaPaglia shared her feelings on social media.

“Hey everyone, I feel really blindsided right now,” she posted on her Instagram story. “I’m going to take a break from social media to heal privately, and when I’m ready, I’ll come back and discuss.”

“How can you give someone everything and love them so unconditionally, even through tough times, only to be discarded a few days later?” LaPaglia expressed, adding that she wished to avoid discussing specifics for now and just wanted to focus on healing.

Recently, she shared, “My mind is in disarray, and I’m terrified of upsetting him. Last week, I refrained from talking about it due to fear.”
