Chick-fil-A aims to add a bit of warmth to chilly, dull days by bringing back two beloved items from its menu.

The well-known fast-food chain revealed on Monday that the Grilled Spicy Deluxe Sandwich will return, along with two refreshing seasonal Key Lime beverages. These items will be offered at participating locations across the country for a limited time starting on January 7.

Initially launched in 2021, the Grilled Spicy Deluxe Sandwich quickly gained popularity and was Chick-fil-A’s first spicy grilled sandwich.

The sandwich includes a grilled, boneless chicken breast seasoned with a mix of peppers, served on a toasty multigrain brioche bun, paired with Colby-jack cheese, green leaf lettuce, and tomato. It comes with a side of creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce.

“Winter is the perfect season to bring back the Grilled Spicy Deluxe, a sandwich that delivers flavor in every bite while satisfying our Guests’ craving for spice,” stated Allison Duncan, the director of menu and packaging at Chick-fil-A, in a news release.

Key Lime seasonal drinks are also returning

Originally launched as a limited-time item back in 2019, the Key Lime drink selection is also making a comeback.

The Key Lime Frosted Lemonade mixes lemonade or diet lemonade with Chick-fil-A’s creamy Icedream, incorporating natural Key Lime flavor. The Key Lime Lemonade also blends Chick-fil-A’s signature lemonade with the same natural Key Lime flavor.
