Christina Hall starts to eliminate ring finger tattoo amid divorce from Josh Hall
Christina Hall, known for “Flip or Flop,” is moving on from her nearly three-year union with Josh Hall.
On Monday, she took to Instagram Stories to post a video showing her undergoing laser treatment to remove a tattoo from her ring finger, as reported by Us Weekly and People. She did not specify the design being removed.
Earlier that day, Hall poked fun at her divorce by sharing a video featuring a suitcase, with the caption: “When you need a man to do the heavy lifting. Actually, just a really strong assistant. Cheaper & safer choice.”
YSL News has reached out for her representative’s comments.
What Christina and Josh Hall have shared about their divorce
Since filing for divorce, Christina Hall has alluded to the end of her marriage on Instagram several times.
In an earlier Instagram Story this month, she expressed to her followers that she has regained her “appetite,” is “exercising again,” and is enjoying “some of my best nights with friends,” as per Us Weekly and Today.
Hall mentioned, “I have a life coach and I made a promise to myself and her – I will never give away my peace again.” She also noted that her children are “happy” and their home “feels like home.”
On August 2, Josh Hall spoke publicly about their separation through an Instagram post.
“I value my privacy, especially during such a major life event like a divorce I did not want,” wrote the 43-year-old real estate agent. “I will not speak negatively about anyone, as people have families, friends, and loved ones who care for them. Unfortunately, the internet is always there.”
He continued, “We are real people, living real lives and I’m not here to entertain strangers with our private matters. Those details will be handled amicably behind closed doors with our respective lawyers at the appropriate time. Those who know us, truly know who we are.”
Insights from Josh and Christina Hall’s divorce filings
Both Christina and Josh Hall reported irreconcilable differences as the reason for their divorce in their filings. However, Josh indicated that their separation occurred on July 8, while Christina stated it was on July 7 in her documentation dated July 15.
In his filing, Josh requested spousal support from Christina, while she asked the court to deny alimony to either party. He also requested that their television series and specials be recognized as community property and split equally.
The couple had been married since 2021 and announced a new HGTV show, “The Flip Off,” in May, which features Christina’s ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa as co-stars.
Christina and Josh have no children together, but Josh took on the role of stepfather to Christina’s three children from her previous marriages, which are 13-year-old Taylor, 8-year-old Brayden, and 4-year-old Hudson, with her former husbands, “Flip or Flop” host Tarek El Moussa and British TV personality Ant Anstead.
Christina Hall has previously been married to Ant Anstead and Tarek El Moussa, and she has three children from those relationships.
