Circle K is offering a 40 cents discount on all fuel types before Thanksgiving: Here’s how to take advantage of the offer
Planning to travel for Thanksgiving? Circle K has a special deal this week for those who need to refuel before their journey.
The convenience store chain is running a Fuel Day promotion on Thursday, November 21, offering a 40-cent discount per gallon from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time. This deal applies to all fuel grades and will be displayed at the pump, according to a company press release.
Over 5,000 Circle K stores nationwide are participating in this Fuel Day event. To find out if your local Circle K is included, visit circlek.com/fuelday. Customers who are in line before 7 p.m. can take advantage of the 40 cents off while supplies last.
Some states may have restrictions on the savings; for example, in Wisconsin, customers can save a maximum of $4.50 with a minimum purchase of three gallons.
“As many families hit the road to visit loved ones and express gratitude during the holidays, we want to show our appreciation by offering great savings at the pump,” commented Louise Warner, executive vice president of North American operations at Circle K. “We understand that holiday schedules can be hectic, and we are happy to provide our customers with a way to save money, making their lives a bit easier.”
Sheetz has a fuel deal as well
Circle K isn’t the only option for discounted gas this Thanksgiving season. Sheetz is also offering a 40 cent discount on Unleaded 88 – a blend consisting of 15% ethanol and 85% gasoline – until November 30 at 505 Sheetz locations that provide Unleaded 88.
To locate the nearest Sheetz with Unleaded 88, you can use the Sheetz mobile app or visit their website. Note that discounts at Sheetz locations in Maryland might differ due to local pricing regulations, according to the company.
Be prepared for heavy traffic if you’re heading out for Thanksgiving. AAA predicts a record 71.7 million people will travel by car this holiday, which is 1.3 million more than last year and exceeds the 2019 pre-pandemic figure of 70.6 million.
