Charlotte “Bowie” Drozd, the teenage daughter of Flaming Lips member Steven Drozd, is currently unaccounted for.

According to the Seattle Police Department’s missing person announcement shared on social media, the 16-year-old was last spotted on Saturday morning near the Space Needle in Seattle. They also included a photo of her.

In a joint Instagram message on Monday, Wayne Coyne, the lead vocalist of Flaming Lips, posted a picture of Drozd’s missing report and called out to followers for help in finding her. “URGENT!!! Please assist if you can!!!” Coyne implored. “Steven’s daughter (she’s 16) is missing!!! She was last seen at the Space Needle early Saturday… I’ll share more updates as soon as I can.”

In response, Steven Drozd commented, “Thanks, Wayne, for sharing. We’re not sure what to do.”

Currently, the Flaming Lips band is touring with the alternative rock group Weezer on their North American Tour called Voyage to the Blue Planet. This tour just took place in Seattle on Friday, right before Steven’s daughter went missing.

In a heartfelt February 2021 Instagram post, Steven Drozd celebrated his daughter turning 13, sharing a photo of her wearing a Rolling Stones hoodie, plaid skirt, and distressed black tights.

“My precious wild Lottie bird is 13 today!!!” Steven expressed at that time. “Love you, Charlotte Michelle ❤️❤️❤️❤️”
