Diddy Faces Serious Allegations of Drugging and Sexual Assault by Former Assistant

Ye faces allegations of drugging and sexually assaulting ex-assistant during a Diddy session

Ye has been accused by his former assistant of drugging and sexually assaulting her.

In a revised lawsuit filed in California, Lauren Pisciotta, Ye’s ex-assistant, claims that the rapper “touched, groped, fondled, and forced himself” on her multiple times without her permission. This follows an earlier suit by Pisciotta against Ye for sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract filed earlier this year.

YSL News has reached out for a comment from Ye’s representatives.

A representative from Ye’s legal team stated to Rolling Stone in June that Pisciotta engaged in “blackmail and extortion,” asserting she was “let go for being unqualified and demanding extremely high compensation (including a $4 million annual salary), along with numerous documented instances of inappropriate behavior,” and suggested that she “consistently used sexual manipulation to demand money and possessions.”

Pisciotta described an incident of alleged assault that reportedly took place before she began her employment with Ye. According to her complaint, during a studio session he hosted alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs, she was given a drink that was drugged, which caused her to become “heavily impaired.” She claimed that she woke up the following day with no recollection of the events.

The complaint states that initially, Pisciotta did not think she had been inappropriately touched or assaulted, nor did she suspect she had been drugged. However, years later, Ye supposedly mentioned that they “hooked up” that night, which led her to conclude that she had been “in fact drugged and sexually assaulted” by him.

“She could not bear the thought of having worked for the man who assaulted her while she was drugged, who had drawn her back into his life through a job offer only to assault her again,” the complaint states, adding that Pisciotta feared retribution from Ye if she spoke out.

In a separate incident cited in July 2021, Pisciotta alleges that Ye barged into her hotel room under the pretext of needing a shower. Once inside, he reportedly dropped his towel and “aggressively pushed” her from her seat onto the bed, attempting to force his naked body and genitals into her face while she asked him to stop.

“Pisciotta was clearly unwilling, non-consenting, and visibly distressed by Ye during this battery, gender violence, and sexual assault,” the lawsuit states.

Pisciotta also claimed that Ye subjected her to continuous sexual harassment throughout her employment, despite her repeatedly indicating that she was not interested. She provided many sexually explicit texts as evidence of his advances. The stress of dealing with his “unwanted advances, sexual assault, and continuous harassment,” along with the revelation of being allegedly assaulted while under the influence of drugs, caused Pisciotta to experience “significant anxiety, depression, and severe PTSD,” according to the lawsuit. She asserted that Ye wrongfully terminated her in 2022 as retaliation for her complaints and refusal to engage with him sexually.

This marks another legal challenge for Ye, who was recently sued by a former worker alleging emotional distress, labor code violations, and retaliation. This lawsuit claimed that the worker was instructed to investigate Ye’s ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, as well as to hire private detectives to surveil his current partner, Bianca Censori. The former employee also alleged that Ye threatened to kill him, referred to as John Doe.

“Our client is so terrified of Ye’s unstable behavior that he wishes to remain anonymous for his safety,” said Doe’s attorneys. “It’s both illegal and unacceptable for an employer to threaten an employee with violence or death.”
