If navigating the airport feels overwhelming and you long for a personal guide to assist you, then you might be interested in CLEAR’s new service.

CLEAR has recently introduced a service called Ambassador Assist, which aims “to ensure your travel experience is smooth and hassle-free,” as stated on their website. This service includes a guide who will meet travelers at the curb, help with luggage, and navigate them through the CLEAR Plus lane at security for $49. For an additional $149, customers can also be taken all the way through security to their gate in a service named Curb-to-Gate.

According to Kyle McLaughlin, CLEAR’s EVP of aviation, “With Ambassador Assist, we’re enhancing the travel experience to offer an even smoother CLEAR Plus service. Our curb-to-gate service ensures members receive personalized guidance throughout their journey, making travel more predictable and easy.”

This service is available for all airline passengers but needs to be booked at least 10 hours before the flight.

As of Tuesday, Ambassador Assist is operational at just three airports. It debuted at Denver International Airport in September and recently expanded to Washington Dulles International Airport. Additionally, free bookings are currently available for a limited time leading up to the official launch at Orlando International Airport later this month.

The service will gradually become available in most of the 58 airports affiliated with CLEAR throughout the next year, according to a spokesperson for CLEAR.

The ambassador will text you to coordinate where and when to meet upon your arrival at the airport. “They aim to meet you at your arrival point to guide you along the quickest route,” states the website.

If your flight is delayed, you’re able to modify your booking within 12 hours.
