One of the year’s largest technology gatherings, the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), kicks off this week in Las Vegas.
This event acts as a convergence point for the tech sector, “providing global access to leading brands, startups, and the foremost figures and advocates in the industry,” as highlighted on the show’s website.
Participants will have opportunities to network and witness the latest technological advancements from 323 Fortune 500 companies across 166 countries and regions, according to the CES organizers. Last year’s show, CES 2024, attracted over 138,000 visitors and featured 4,312 exhibitors, as per the event’s attendance report.
“The main reason attendees come is to discover new products, which means they arrive eager to engage with the technology that is transforming our daily lives,” stated the show.

When does CES 2025 start and conclude?
The CES will be available for the public to explore from Tuesday to Friday.
The opening event is set to start at 8:30 a.m. PST, featuring Yuki Kusumi, group CEO of Panasonic Holdings Corporation, who will present “new initiatives aimed at enhancing societal sustainability through innovative technologies,” according to the event schedule.
CES’s C-Space, a hub for advertising, entertainment, and content professionals, will open at 9 a.m. on Tuesday (closing at 6 p.m.), Wednesday (closing at 6 p.m.), and Thursday (closing at 1 p.m.). C-Space will not be open on Friday.
The Conference Program at CES, featuring discussions on technological advancements, will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Exhibits at CES will commence on Tuesday at 10 a.m. and conclude at 6 p.m., reopening at 9 a.m. on Wednesday (closing at 6 p.m.), Thursday (closing at 6 p.m.), and Friday (closing at 4 p.m.).
