Experience the ‘Swift’-sonian: Free Taylor Swift Fashion Exhibit Now Open in London
LONDON — Fans of Taylor Swift can explore the singer’s iconic fashion moments at the Victoria and Albert Museum in South Kensington. This complimentary exhibit spans a mile in length and features 13 displays representing each of Swift’s 11 musical eras, as well as her re-recordings and a section showcasing home videos.
“This is a truly exceptional exhibition,” remarks Kate Bailey, the curator at the V&A Museum. “Visitors will journey through various chapters, eras, and significant moments in Taylor’s career.”
Bailey notes that in her more than 20 years at the museum, she has never curated an exhibit like this one.
“Taylor has navigated through remarkably diverse times and creative phases,” Bailey adds.
The exhibit features a collection of dresses from Taylor Swift’s beginnings in country music to her latest phase, titled “The Tortured Poets Department.” Be sure to check out the Songbook Trail in the video above and the gallery below.
