Get Ready for Spooktacular Fun: Boo Buckets Make Their Comeback to McDonald’s Happy Meals on October 15!

Boo Buckets Making a Comeback in McDonald’s Happy Meals Starting October 15

In celebration of the Halloween season, McDonald’s Happy Meals will include Boo Buckets again, starting Tuesday, Oct. 15, for a limited time.

Beloved by many, the Monster Boo Buckets are perfect for Happy Meals and can also be used for trick-or-treating. This year, the buckets will be in a new blue color, replacing last year’s purple option. To add to the fun, each bucket comes with stickers for kids to personalize them.

These themed buckets were first introduced by McDonald’s in 1986 and have made seasonal returns over the years, delighting fans each time.

How to Obtain a McDonald’s Boo Bucket

Monster Boo Buckets will take the place of the traditional Happy Meal box, but only while supplies last.

Prices for Boo Buckets vary by location, as stated by McDonald’s. Customers can choose any of their favorite Happy Meal options by ordering either in the restaurant or through the mobile app.

Happy Meals offer three entrée choices: hamburger (with optional cheese), or 4-piece or 6-piece Chicken McNuggets, each accompanied by a side of fries or apple slices and a drink.

What Colors Will McDonald’s Boo Buckets Feature This Year?

This year, McDonald’s is refreshing the color selection for the Boo Buckets. Along with white, orange, and green, a new blue bucket will replace the purple bucket from last year.

Unlike last year’s designs that featured classic monsters like the Monster, Skeleton, Mummy, and Vampire, this year’s buckets have a more abstract shape, allowing kids to customize them with the included stickers.(This story has been updated with additional details.)
