The 98th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is set to start this Thursday.

Held in New York City, the parade will kick off at 8:30 a.m. ET in Manhattan’s Upper West Side, concluding at Macy’s flagship store in Herald Square.

The weather will be brisk, with temperatures expected to be in the 40s and light winds of about 10 mph.

According to Will Coss, the executive producer of Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, “This year’s 98th edition promises to amaze with spectacular character balloons, unique floats, and outstanding entertainment that only Macy’s can provide.”

This year’s event will showcase 17 massive character balloons, 22 floats, 15 novelty and heritage inflatables, 11 marching bands, and 700 clowns among other attractions. Curious about the featured performers this year?

Which Balloons Will Be at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade?

The parade will include a total of 17 character balloons and 15 heritage or novelty balloons, with six of them making their debut this year, including:

• Minnie Mouse
• Extraordinary Noorah & The Elf on the Shelf
• Gabby from Gabby’s Dollhouse
• Goku from Dragon Ball
• Marshall from PAW Patrol
• Spider-Man

Additionally, several balloons will return this year, including:

• Beagle Scout Snoopy
• Bluey
• Diary of a Wimpy Kid
• Kung Fu Panda’s Po
• Monkey D. Luffy
• The Pillsbury Doughboy

What Floats Will Be in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade?

This year, six new floats will be introduced:

• “Candy Cosmos” by Haribo
• “Dora’s Fantastical Rainforest” by Nickelodeon & Paramount
• “Magic Meets the Seas” by Disney Cruise Line
• “Pasta Knight” by Rao’s Homemade
• “Wednesday’s Feast” by Netflix
• “Wondrous World of Wildlife” by Bronx Zoo (celebrating its 125th anniversary this year)

Some returning floats include:

• “Big Red Shoe Car” by McDonald’s
