Hugh Jackman to kick off 12-concert series at Radio City Music Hall next year

Hugh Jackman, age 55, will start a 12-concert series at Radio City Music Hall next year featuring beloved songs from films he’s been in, such as ‘The Greatest Showman’ and ‘The Music Man.’

Following the massive success of “Deadpool & Wolverine,” actor Hugh Jackman is set to hit the stage again with a 12-concert residency at Radio City Music Hall next year.

At 55 years old, Jackman will perform songs from various stages of his career, including pieces from “The Boy From Oz,” “The Greatest Showman,” and “The Music Man,” as reported by Variety. He has previously taken on musical roles in films like Tom Hooper’s “Les Misérables” and in stage revivals of “Oklahoma!” and “Carousel.”

His show, titled “From New York With Love,” is scheduled to start on January 24, 2025, with performances scheduled for one weekend each month in April, May, June, and July, culminating in the final shows on August 15 and August 16.

Fans can register for early access to tickets for “From New York With Love” until Thursday at 10 p.m., as indicated on the show’s official website.

‘I’ve been curious about what’s next’

Jackman revealed the residency through a video posted on his social media, featuring Ryan Reynolds, his co-star from “Deadpool & Wolverine.” This Marvel movie, released in July, has earned $1.3 billion worldwide, making it the highest-grossing R-rated film ever and the second-highest overall for the year.

“A bit over two years ago, Ryan was sitting in this spot and announced to everyone that I’d be returning for ‘Deadpool & Wolverine,’ and it was an incredible experience,” Jackman shares in the video. “Ryan and I had such a fantastic adventure, and I’ve been curious about what’s next. So, hey Ryan? Want to come to one of my live shows at Radio City Music Hall?”

Previously, Jackman has performed in one-man shows, including “The Man. The Music. The Show World Tour” in 2019 and “Hugh Jackman: Back on Broadway” in 2011.
