Jason Kelce shares his Super Bowl 59 allegiance

For Jason Kelce, Super Bowl 59 brings mixed emotions.

The former All-Pro center for the Philadelphia Eagles finds himself in a challenging position regarding whom to support in this year’s championship game, particularly since his brother, Travis, will be playing for the Kansas City Chiefs after Jason’s retirement.

So, which team will he cheer for on Super Sunday?

He shared his thoughts during the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, released on Wednesday morning.

“I’ll always back my brother,” Jason stated. “However, I have a strong connection to many people in the Philadelphia organization who feel like family to me

“I’m cheering for them as well.”

Ultimately, he found it difficult to choose a side.

“I’m supporting both Philadelphia and Travis Kelce. That’s the reality,” he revealed.

“Regardless of the outcome, game day will bring me joy for one team, and sadness for the other.”

As for the matchup, the Chiefs are currently favored by 1.5 points in Super Bowl 59, which will kick off at 6:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, February 9, in New Orleans.
