Engineers Revolutionize CO2 Conversion: Turning Emissions into Valuable Resources

A new electrode design developed at MIT boosts the efficiency of electrochemical reactions that turn carbon dioxide into ethylene and other products. As the world struggles to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, researchers are seeking practical, economical ways to capture carbon dioxide and convert it into useful products, such as transportation fuels, chemical feedstocks, or even

Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones Reacts to CeeDee Lamb’s Comments on AT&T Stadium Curtains

The Dallas Cowboys are facing several issues this season, including an injured star quarterback, a struggling defense, a home field that is no longer a reliable advantage, and a significant talking point lately: the curtains.

This statement follows a tough home defeat to the Philadelphia Eagles, where the Cowboys lost 34-6, and an incident involving All-Pro receiver CeeDee Lamb, who missed a potential touchdown, citing the sun’s glare as a hindrance.

When questioned about this after the game, Jones expressed his frustration.

“Should we just tear the damn stadium down and build a new one?” Jones responded sarcastically. “Are you serious?”

He continued to discuss his view on the stadium’s design.

“Of all the issues we have to work on, this ranks very low,” Jones explained on 105.3 The FAN on Tuesday, emphasizing that AT&T Stadium was intended to have an outdoor atmosphere.

“It is the world’s largest air-conditioned space,” Jones added. “Every venue has characteristics that, at certain times or conditions, can provide an advantage. This falls under the concept of home field advantage. Knowing where the sun is should benefit us, not hinder us.”

Despite Jones’s belief in AT&T Stadium’s advantages, Dallas has struggled this season, losing all four of its home games and enduring a four-game losing streak overall.

Fortunately, the curtains won’t impact the Cowboys in their upcoming home game on Monday night against the Houston Texans.
