Have you ever taken a bite of a sandwich and thought, “This could really use pickles instead of bread”? If that’s the case, Jimmy John’s has a new creation just for you.

The popular sandwich chain is launching the Picklewich for a limited period, as announced on Thursday. The Picklewich “merges the signature fresh tastes of a traditional Jimmy John’s sandwich,” according to the company, but adds a unique touch – a massive kosher dill pickle serves as the bread, providing a “juicy, crunchy, and satisfying experience.”

The chain will offer two different versions of the Picklewich: the Vito and the Turkey & Provolone.

• Vito Picklewich: This option features a large kosher dill pickle hollowed out and stuffed with salami, capocollo, provolone cheese, along with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce, and herbs.
• The Turkey Picklewich: This version includes a large kosher dill pickle, also hollowed out, filled with turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.

The Picklewich will be available at select locations across the country starting on Oct. 28 and ending on Nov. 14, as stated by the sandwich chain.

Members of the Freaky Fast Reward program will enjoy a 50% discount on the Picklewich when they purchase any 8-inch sandwich on Nov. 3 to celebrate National Sandwich Day, according to the announcement. Furthermore, from Nov. 3 onwards, customers can order their preferred 8-inch sandwich after 2 p.m. and upgrade to a combo for free, including a bag of chips and a drink, through December.
