Krispy Kreme announced on Thursday that its Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed doughnut is back for this weekend, from Sept. 20-22, in honor of the official arrival of fall.

The doughnuts will be sold either individually or by the dozen, available in store, for pickup, or delivery through the Krispy Kreme app and website, according to a company press release.

“Our Pumpkin Spice Latte and Cake doughnut are customer favorites, but Pumpkin Spice Season isn’t truly complete without our delicious Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed doughnut,” remarked Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme’s Global Chief Brand Officer, in the release.

“These three days are your only chance to grab our famous PSOG, so make sure to stop by Krispy Kreme this weekend for the ultimate pumpkin spice treat,” he noted.

Krispy Kreme also has discounted dozens

To enhance the weekend experience, Krispy Kreme is offering a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts for only $2 with the purchase of any regular-priced dozen at participating stores.

Customers are limited to two per person in-store and one per person for online orders for pickup and delivery. Online purchases can make use of the promo code “BOGO2.”

Krispy Kreme unveils Golden Harvest Collection

This collection, available for a limited time at participating locations, lets doughnut enthusiasts enjoy the delightful and spiced flavors of the season, according to Krispy Kreme.

The collection consists of:

• (NEW) Maple Buttercreme Doughnut: An Original Glazed doughnut with maple flavored buttercreme and festive fall sprinkles on top.
• (NEW) Oatmeal Kreme Pie Doughnut: An unglazed doughnut filled with white cream, coated in cookie dough icing and streusel, topped with white cream and a small oatmeal cookie.
• (NEW) Salted Caramel Cheesecake Doughnut: An Original Glazed doughnut topped with a swirl of cream cheese buttercreme and filled with dulce de leche, finished with a sprinkle of salted caramel crunch.
• Spiced Apple Filled Doughnut: A cinnamon sugar doughnut filled with spiced apple filling.

The Golden Harvest dozens can be found in-store, as well as for pickup or delivery through Krispy Kreme’s app and website. Additionally, these new doughnuts will be available in a special 6-count box delivered fresh daily to select retailers. Customers can use the Krispy Kreme location finder to locate the nearest shop or grocery store.

Customers can also embrace the fall vibe with the Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnut and Pumpkin Spice Latte, both of which were added to the menu last month for a limited period.

The Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnut is described as the ideal mix of crumbly cake and pumpkin spice flavor, and can be bought individually or as part of a specialty dozen.

The Pumpkin Spice Latte is available in hot, iced, or frozen options, topped with whipped cream and pumpkin spice seasoning.

All these items can be found in-store or ordered for pickup or delivery via the Krispy Kreme app and website, as stated in the press release.
