Liam Payne’s Exciting New Collaboration: “Do No Wrong” Featuring Sam Pounds Set to Release!

Liam Payne’s first posthumous single ‘Do No Wrong’ featuring Sam Pounds is set to release

The first single from Liam Payne following his tragic passing on October 16 will be released this Friday.

The posthumous track titled “Do No Wrong,” produced by Sam Pounds, will feature Payne’s vocals and is scheduled to drop on November 1st. In a touching social media tribute, Pounds expressed his sadness over Payne’s death while sharing heartfelt sentiments about the song.

“I hope this song brings joy to the world, just as Liam always wished. I pray that angels will provide comfort to all who listen,” Pounds shared. “May this song overshadow any negative thoughts.”

Pounds specifically mentioned Payne’s cherished sister, Ruth Gibbins, and his 7-year-old son, Bear, whom he had with British singer Cheryl Cole.

YSL News has reached out for comments from Payne’s representatives.

Pounds went on to express, “I pray that you all experience a powerful healing energy,” adding, “Let’s strive to be a source of positivity.”

The British singer was found dead following a fall from a third-floor balcony at the Casa Sur hotel in Buenos Aires. According to police reports, they were alerted to an incident involving an “aggressive individual who appeared to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol.”

Payne gained international recognition as a member of the now-defunct boy band One Direction, which included Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson.

He auditioned for the U.K. reality show “The X-Factor” twice before rocketing to fame. Although he tried out in 2008 and 2010 and didn’t make it both times, he was given a second chance in 2010 when Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger, and Louis Walsh grouped him with fellow teen soloists Styles, Horan, Tomlinson, and Malik.

The band announced an indefinite hiatus in 2016 after the launch of their fifth album, “Made in the A.M.” Following this, all members, including Payne, embarked on solo careers. Payne released his successful single “Strip That Down” in 2017 featuring Quavo from Migos.

He also released an EP, a studio album, and the popular track “For You” with Rita Ora from the “Fifty Shades Freed” soundtrack. Earlier this year, he appeared to be on the verge of a full music comeback with the release of “Teardrops.”
