As the summer of “Love Island” wraps up, we look forward to an autumn packed with “Love is Blind.”

The seventh season of this popular dating reality show will debut next month at a brand-new location, as announced by Netflix on Thursday.

“Desire for the show grows – the heart can’t get enough of Love is Blind!” the official Instagram account for the series stated.

Launched in 2020, “Love is Blind” takes the concept of blind dating further by having participants communicate in special pods that obscure their physical appearance. The aim is for singles to connect emotionally through their conversations using only audio. Each season features unattached men and women from the same city, aiming to find their ideal partner within a span of 10 days before getting engaged.

The seventh season of “Love is Blind” is set to premiere on Tuesday, October 2, 2024, exclusively on Netflix.

As of now, Netflix has not revealed the episode release schedule, but typically, the series releases its season in multiple segments.

‘Love is Blind’ Season 7 setting

This season will be based in Washington, D.C. and will feature a group of singles from the capital.

The sixth season recently wrapped up in March and featured singles from Charlotte, North Carolina. Previous editions were set in various cities such as Houston (Season 5), Seattle (Season 4), Dallas (Season 3), Santa Clarita, California (Season 2), and the inaugural season was based in Atlanta.

No information about the cast for Season 7 has been released yet. Netflix usually announces the cast closer to the show’s premiere.

Nick and Vanessa Lachey have been at the helm of “Love Is Blind” since its first season in 2020. Unless there are any changes, they are expected to return as hosts for the seventh season.
