Perrigo Company has reported that excessive vitamin D was discovered in a milk-based powdered formula, affecting a total of 16,500 cans distributed to CVS and H-E-B across the country.
The FDA’s notice, published on August 8, stated that no other products or retailers are involved in this recall.
