Confirmed by a McDonald’s representative to YSL News, the Holiday Pie will be back at select locations across the nation starting Friday, November 15, until supplies last.
The Holiday Pie made its debut in 1999 and has become a festive favorite. This year, it will be featured alongside McDonald’s traditional Apple Pie on the Sweets & Treats menu.

The Holiday Pie will be available in several cities, including Seattle, Washington; Los Angeles, California; St. Louis, Missouri; New York City, New York; Cleveland, Ohio; Memphis, Tennessee; and Dallas, Texas. It may also be available in other locations.
A representative from McDonald’s suggests checking the McDonald’s mobile app to see if the Holiday Pie is available near you.
What Ingredients Are in the McDonald’s Holiday Pie?
As stated by McDonald’s, their Holiday Pie is composed of “creamy, smooth custard enclosed in a flaky, buttery crust, glazed with sugar and adorned with rainbow sprinkles.” The pie contains 260 calories.
Reactions to the 2024 McDonald’s Holiday Pie on Social Media
Although the Holiday Pie is officially launching on Friday, some fans have already tasted it and are expressing their delight across social media platforms.
On Wednesday, the TikTok account Jas and Kam Food Reviews revealed that their local McDonald’s already had the Holiday Pie in stock.
“It brings back memories. That custard filling inside is reminiscent of a confetti cookie,” one user remarked in their video. Jas and Kam are located in Greensboro, North Carolina, but did not specify the exact McDonald’s where they bought the pies.
Another TikTok account, Bootleg Food Review, also shared their excitement for the Holiday Pie’s return in a recent video.
“This isn’t a review, but rather a yearly reminder that the McDonald’s Holiday Pie is back at select locations, and it truly is the best pie they’ve ever offered,” user Jaysyn stated. “I give it a 10 out of 10 and wish everyone happy holidays.”
