According to Morgan Flatley, a company executive, McDonald’s hopes to inspire customers to create new memories through the collectible cup designs, encouraging them to experience the “thrill” of locating a rare design or completing a collection.

“We’re reviving some of our most beloved keepsakes with a modern twist, giving fans something tangible to cherish,” Flatley stated in a news release. He added, “These new collectible cups celebrate some of our most iconic designs and collaborations from around the globe, allowing long-time fans to revisit fond memories while helping a new generation create their own.”

The Collector’s Meals and the six collectible cups became available on Tuesday, Aug. 13, at participating locations in the U.S. You can find them online, in restaurants, and at the drive-thru.

What’s included in McDonald’s Collector’s Meal?

If you visit McDonald’s during breakfast, the Collector’s Meal features a sausage and egg sandwich, hash brown, and hot coffee.

If you opt for lunch, you can choose between a 10-piece nugget or a Big Mac, along with fries and a drink.

The Collector’s Meal will be available all day, so you can add to your collection whenever you feel like it, according to McDonald’s.
