Over 100 Individuals Allege Sexual Assault and Abuse Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Claims Attorney

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces sexual assault allegations from over 100 individuals, according to attorney

Sean “Diddy” Combs is confronted with lawsuits from over 100 individuals making accusations of sexual misconduct and assault.

Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee announced the forthcoming civil suits during a press briefing on Tuesday. He revealed that he represents 120 accusers who are claiming “violent sexual assault or rape,” “facilitated sex involving drugs,” “distribution of video recordings,” and “sexual abuse of minors” against the well-known music figure.

“We intend to identify the enablers who permitted this behavior to occur behind closed doors,” Buzbee stated. “We will pursue this matter regardless of who the evidence points to.”

Buzbee continued: “The list is already lengthy, but given the seriousness of this case, we are going to ensure our accuracy before making those names public. However, the identities we will reveal will astonish you.”

This new wave of lawsuits follows Combs’ arrest in September on charges linked to sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. Combs has consistently claimed his innocence amidst a flood of civil lawsuits alleging sexual and physical abuse throughout the last year and is currently detained at the Special Housing Unit within Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

The lawsuits involve 60 men and 60 women and allege incidents dating back to 1991, as noted by Buzbee. Of these accusers, twenty-five were minors at the time of the alleged assaults by Combs.

“When discussing the ages of the victims at the time of the incidents, it is truly shocking,” Buzbee remarked. “The youngest victim was just 9 years old when it happened, with others being 14 and 15.”

Legal representatives for Combs denied the allegations, calling them “false and defamatory.”

“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has stated, he can’t address every baseless accusation in what has turned into an outrageous media spectacle,” said Combs’ attorney Erica Wolff in a statement sent to YSL News on Tuesday. “He eagerly anticipates clearing his name and demonstrating his innocence in court, where the truth will be determined based on evidence rather than mere conjecture.”

YSL News has reached out to Buzbee for additional remarks.

Attorney Tony Buzbee described allegations as ‘gut-wrenching and heartbreaking’ during Diddy press conference

Buzbee had previously declared that his law firm would seek claims against Combs in an Instagram message on Saturday, noting that “many were minors” when the supposed incidents occurred.

“This courageous group includes both men and women; many were children when the abuse happened. Some reported their experiences to the police, while others did not,” Buzbee posted.

“Each person’s account is heart-wrenching and distressing. The offenses reported occurred at hotels, private residences, and during the notorious PDiddy ‘Freak Off’ parties. What was done to this group is astonishing, characterized by debauchery and depravity inflicted by powerful individuals on the vulnerable and minors.”

Buzbee’s Texas law firm has previously aided victims in high-profile legal battles, including a lawsuit against R&B artist Chris Brown and representing 22 women who accused Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson of sexual misconduct during his tenure in Houston.

Recent Legal Issues Faced by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

The criminal charges against Combs come almost a year after rapper Sean Combs’ ex-girlfriend and “Me & U” artist, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, accused him of rape, sex trafficking, and physical abuse in November 2023. This lawsuit led to several civil suits against him, containing claims of rape, sexual assault, and other accusations similar to those detailed in the recent indictment made public by investigators.

Combs and Ventura reached a settlement for an undisclosed amount just one day after she filed her lawsuit, but the recently unsealed indictment marks the first time criminal charges related to these allegations have been brought against the founder of Bad Boy Records. Combs has denied all allegations against him, although he did issue a public apology in May after a surveillance video surfaced showing him physically assaulting Ventura in a Los Angeles hotel in 2016.

Prosecutors reportedly possess “dozens” of videos showing what are described as Combs’ “freak offs,” which are said to be lengthy sexual performances involving sex workers and individuals he allegedly coerced into participating through drugs and intimidation, supporting witness accounts.

The indictment claims that agents from Homeland Security Investigations seized drugs along with over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant believed to be used in Combs’ “freak offs” during the raids on his properties on March 25. Additionally, multiple AR-15 rifles and high-capacity magazines were allegedly found during these operations.

Following Combs’ arrest, more allegations of sexual assault surfaced. A woman, whose boyfriend allegedly worked as an executive at Bad Boy Records, accused Combs and his former bodyguard of “viciously raping” her back in 2001 in a complaint filed on September 24. Another woman filed a lawsuit on Friday, alleging that he drugged and impregnated her over a period of four years of abuse.
