The Phillies and Mets Set for Their First Postseason Meeting in 2024 NLDS
Throughout their history, the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies have competed against each other in almost 1,100 regular-season games. However, their upcoming series in the 2024 National League Division Series marks the first time these two rivals will face off in the playoffs.
The Phillies celebrated their first division championship since 2011 and received a direct pass to the NLDS, while the Mets were in a fierce battle for a wild-card spot and won against the Brewers in a dramatic Game 3 of the wild-card series.
