The cast of “Love Island USA” Season 6, who gained popularity for their entertaining antics throughout the 36-episode series, reunited for a tell-all special that premiered on Peacock on Monday night.

Host Ariana Madix delved into the lives of the islanders, including Leah Kateb, Serena Page, and JaNa Craig, affectionately referred to as “PPG” or Powerpuff Girls, to catch up on their experiences since Serena and Kordell Beckham were declared the fan-favorite couple.

Fans were eager for the reunion, but no one was as ready as JaNa, who brought a stapled pile of notes she had prepared while rewatching the show.

From the latest on finalists Kendall Washington and Nicole Jacky to the current status of various couples, here are the main highlights from the reunion of “Love Island USA.”

The winners, Serena and Kordell, along with finalists Leah and Miguel, and JaNa and Kenny, all confirmed their relationships have evolved into serious boyfriend-girlfriend dynamics since leaving Fiji.

Meanwhile, Kassy, a contestant from Season 5, mentioned that her connection with Rob has not flourished beyond friendship since the show ended.

Are Kendall and Nicole still together?

There has been much chatter online regarding Kendall and Nicole’s relationship status over the past few weeks. When Madix posed the question about their relationship, Nicole took a moment before replying: “I haven’t broken up with him; we are still together.”

“It has been a bit challenging adjusting to life outside the villa,” Kendall mentioned. “We’re just trying to communicate and navigate things.”

“Communicate?” Nicole countered. “You haven’t been communicating, and you never have.”

As Nicole wept next to him and his friends showed their support, Kendall confessed, “I need to admit that I should have told Nicole the whole truth at that moment, but I didn’t.”

Nicole seemed to affirm that Kendall’s reference was regarding an explicit video that circulated on social media just before the finale on July 21.

“The video was not acceptable. Nobody deserves that,” she expressed. “However, if you profess your love while sharing something, you have to be truthful instead of misleading me with old stories about an ex-girlfriend. To hear from JaNa that it was from just before going on the show is absurd.”

Kendall responded, “I completely recognize that I should have been upfront with Nicole, but I honestly wasn’t prepared. My world was turned upside down, and all I wanted was to keep you close.”

Nicole contested that he hadn’t even checked on her well-being: “You’ve never once genuinely asked if I’m OK.”

Leah and JaNa were among the friends who supported Kendall and encouraged Nicole to understand his perspective.
