Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces Serious Allegations of Sexual Assault and Rape in Recent Lawsuits

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces allegations of sexual assault against a minor and multiple rape accusations in new lawsuits

Recently, six individuals have come forward with lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing him of rape, sexual abuse, and sexual assault.

Filed in New York on Monday, the lawsuits include two anonymous women and four anonymous men, detailing events that occurred between 1995 and 2021.

One woman claims that Combs raped her in a Manhattan Marriott hotel room in 2004 when she was just 19. Another accuser alleges that during a promotional party for Biggie Smalls’ “One More Chance,” Combs violently assaulted her by slamming her head into the wall, among other aggressive actions.

One male accuser states that he was drugged and assaulted by Combs and several other unnamed individuals at a party in 2021. Another man alleges he was sexually attacked at a “white party” hosted by Combs in the Hamptons back in 1998 when he was still a minor. A further claim involves a man who reported that he, while working security at Combs’ New York residence in 2006, was allegedly given a drug-laced drink, forced into a van, and assaulted by Combs.

The lawsuits target Combs’ various business interests, while one of the men, who alleges he was assaulted in a Macy’s in 2008, has included the department store as a defendant in his case.

YSL News has reached out to Macy’s, Marriott, and representatives for Combs for their statements.

These new accusers are part of a larger group, as recently revealed by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who announced earlier this month that he is representing a total of 120 individuals with claims against the 54-year-old Combs.

Attorney Buzbee shared during a press conference on October 1 that these allegations include “violent sexual assault or rape,” “drug-facilitated sex,” “distribution of video recordings,” and “sexual abuse of minors,” among other serious charges against Combs.

“We are determined to expose the enablers who supported this behavior behind the scenes,” Buzbee declared previously. “We will pursue this matter vigorously, regardless of who the evidence implicates.”

Buzbee also mentioned: “While the list is already extensive, due to the sensitive nature of this case, we will ensure accuracy before finalizing our disclosures. The names we will reveal are likely to astonish.”

In response, Combs’ attorney stated, “No matter the number of lawsuits filed, it won’t alter the fact that Mr. Combs has never committed sexual assault or engaged in sex trafficking. We live in a time where anyone can initiate a lawsuit without supporting evidence. Thankfully, a fair judicial process exists to uncover the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will successfully refute these and other unfounded accusations in court.”

The current legal actions follow Combs’ arrest in September on charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering, and facilitating prostitution. Despite facing numerous civil lawsuits over the past year alleging serious sexual and physical misconduct spanning decades, the rapper continues to assert his innocence and is currently held at the Special Housing Unit within Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
