Taco Bell reintroduces Double Decker Tacos to its menu for a limited period. When can you get them?
Leading up to Halloween, Taco Bell is treating customers with the return of the beloved Double Decker Taco for a limited time.
The Double Decker Taco features a hard shell taco surrounded by a bean-filled tortilla and has seen fluctuating availability since it first launched in 1995. The Double Decker Taco and the Double Decker Taco Supreme will be available across the country from now until October 30.
In terms of pricing, the Double Decker Taco is offered at $2 (310 calories), which is nearly a dollar cheaper than its last price of $2.99 during its previous menu presence in December 2023. The Double Decker Taco Supreme (330 calories), which includes diced tomatoes and reduced-fat sour cream, is priced at $2.69, a $1 drop from December 2023.
More tasty offerings from Taco Bell: Disha Hot Discovery Box, Big Cheez-It
The Disha Hot Discovery Box ($8.99, prices may vary) is a new collaboration with Mexican-American artist Omar Apollo. It includes a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco, a Crunchy Taco, Chips with Nacho Cheese sauce, a medium drink, and three packets of Disha Hot Hot Sauce, inspired by the musician’s family recipe.
Customers can purchase individual packets of the sauce for 20 cents. The sauce features toasted tomatillos, white vinegar, tomatoes, onions, peppers, lime juice, and a “family-secret spice blend.”
Also newly available on the menu are the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme ($5.49) and the Big Cheez-It Tostado ($2.99), which were introduced in late May to early June.
Additional options available include a single Big Cheez-It ($1), which is significantly larger than a standard Cheez-It cracker, and a Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Combo ($9.99) that includes a Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme, a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, Nacho Fries, and a medium fountain drink.
