Taylor Swift delivers an electrifying acoustic performance in Miami

MIAMI — It seems that the final stretch of the Eras Tour is set to showcase some exciting new outfits. Taylor Swift revealed a striking two-toned look on Saturday, following a similar display on Friday.

While the silhouette was reminiscent of her previous outfit, the color scheme for the second night featured vibrant purple and blue hues. The sparkling dress dazzled under the stadium lights.

“Welcome to the acoustic section of Miami,” she said as she picked up her guitar. “I believe we have a fantastic audience ready to witness this new outfit. This is a dress I’ve never worn before, and I see you’ve recognized it.”

The glittering fabric shimmered as she shared details about her unique acoustic set, tailored for each performance.

“I don’t repeat the same thing ever,” she stated before blending her classic track “You Should’ve Said No” with “I Did Something Bad” from her “Reputation” album.

As she began singing the first verse from the “Reputation” song, the crowd erupted with enthusiasm, belting the lyrics back at her. During the transition, she passionately shouted, “So light me up.” The audience, with the roof opened to the sky, was eager for news about a re-recorded version of her sixth album.

Instead, she took a seat at the piano and moved the crowd with a poignant medley of “loml” from “The Tortured Poets Department” and “White Horse” from “Fearless (Taylor’s Version).”

Both pieces evoke deep feelings of heartbreak. One was penned early in her career when her view of fairytale love was simplistic. The other, written two decades later, reflects more complex emotions about love. These songs resonate with fans, especially during challenging breakups.

As she sang, “I’m gonna find someone someday who might actually treat me well,” the audience responded with cheers. A young girl in Section 223 quietly told her mom, “She’s with Travis now,” alluding to Swift’s relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

The singer has one last performance in Miami before she moves on to New Orleans.
