Taylor Swift is giving a shout-out to Post Malone, her collaborator from “Fortnight,” for his newly released country-themed album.

The singer known for “Reputation” took to her Instagram Story to share her excitement about the new album from the rapper, whose full name is Austin Richard Post. She worked with him on the main single from her latest project titled “The Tortured Poets Department.”

“I was fortunate to listen to this fantastic music on the set of the ‘Fortnight’ video when Austin shared it with me,” Swift wrote alongside a joyful image of the two from the “Fortnight” music video. “It amazes me how adaptable his artistry is, and he is undoubtedly the most humble person out there.”

The album “F-1 Trillion” showcases notable collaborations with a blend of established country stars and rising talents such as Tim McGraw, Hank Williams, Jr., Morgan Wallen, Dolly Parton, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Lainey Wilson, Luke Combs, Ernest, Jelly Roll, Sierra Ferrell, Hardy, and Billy Strings. It premiered on Thursday to enthusiastic responses from listeners.

Post Malone is experiencing a pivotal year in his career, now valued at $1 trillion. Apart from teaming up with Taylor Swift, he also made an appearance on Beyoncé’s album “Cowboy Carter,” contributing to the country-influenced song “Levii’s Jeans,” released in late March.

In May, he collaborated with his good friend and country star Morgan Wallen on the song “I Had Some Help,” which is a strong contender for the summer country hit.

I had the privilege of witnessing that magic firsthand when we collaborated on ‘Fortnight.’

Post Malone, affectionately referred to as “Posty” by fans, returned the favor with compliments for Swift after “Fortnight” premiered in April, expressing his gratitude for collaborating with her.
