The Tennessee Titans are reportedly set to release Jamal Adams, the veteran safety
According to Adam Schefter from ESPN, the Tennessee Titans plan to release veteran safety Jamal Adams just a few months after he signed a free-agent deal with them.
Recently, the Titans put Adams on the non-football injury reserve list. When Coach Brian Callahan was asked about this decision, he chose not to comment on it.
Adams signed a one-year contract worth $1.125 million with the Titans in July.
Due to a hip injury, Adams missed a significant portion of training camp and had limited participation during the regular season, recording four tackles over three games while serving as a backup to Quandre Diggs and Amani Hooker.
Despite being a three-time Pro Bowler and a three-time All-Pro, Adams has not played more than 10 games in a season since 2021.
