‘The Talk’ ends after 15 years: Final episode details
The CBS program “The Talk” is concluding its run after 15 seasons filled with numerous star appearances and a beloved lineup of hosts.
<p”Premiering in October 2010 with creator and initial host Sara Gilbert, “The Talk” has featured many well-known faces over the years, such as Sharon Osbourne, Leah Remini, Julie Chen, Marie Osmond, and more.
As it approaches its conclusion, the show is set to have a final “celebration” with guest star Howie Mandel and additional “surprises,” as hinted in a CBS announcement.
CBS announced the show’s cancellation in April, stating that a new soap opera, “Beyond the Gates,” would take its place. In their farewell statement, the network noted that the show wraps up having aired 2,993 episodes, hosted over 10,800 guests, and given away $102 million to the 250,000 audience members present for live shows. It concludes with over 70 awards and nominations, including a Daytime Emmy.
