The steakhouse is providing a complimentary Bloomin’ Onion to diners who either buy any full-price adult entrée in-house or use the code “BLOOM” when ordering online. The offer lasts for just three days and is part of the celebrations kicking off the college football season starting Saturday.
“Huddle up, mates! We’re giving you the playbook on how to score a FREE Bloomin’ Onion!” announces the Outback Steakhouse website.
The Bloomin’ Onion is a signature dish for the chain, with sales exceeding 8 million of these deep-fried appetizers each year, as reported by YSL News.
“This appetizer is designed by expert chefs and presented on a special pedestal highlighting the phrase ‘on another level,'” states a news release from Outback Steakhouse. “The idea for this starter was born from one of Outback’s founders who wanted to craft a mouthwatering flavor experience.”

How to score a free appetizer at Outback Steakhouse
To “intercept” your complimentary Bloomin’ Onion, simply order any adult entrée at the restaurant and notify your server about the promotion, or enter the code “BLOOM” during online checkout from Friday through Sunday, August 23 to 25.
Customers are limited to receive one free Bloomin’ Onion with the purchase of an entrée at participating Outback Steakhouse locations.
