Travis Kelce’s PR team denies breakup contract claims: ‘Documents are completely untrue’
“Speak your truth and go viral”: The speculation surrounding Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce having a “breakup contract” has been labeled as “completely false” by Kelce’s public relations team.
Full Scope Public Relations, representing the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, issued a statement on Wednesday dispelling the rumors after a supposed breakup contract circulated widely online from a now-deleted Reddit post.
“These documents are completely fabricated, not created, issued, or authorized by our agency,” Full Scope PR stated in their announcement.
The alleged document, which bore the Full Scope Public Relations logo, was labeled “Comprehensive Media Plan for Travis Kelce’s PR After Breakup with Taylor Swift.”
Within the text, an aim was listed, stating, “To effectively manage and minimize the fallout from the breakup between Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, ensuring Travis maintains a positive public image, reducing negative media reports, and continuing to develop his personal and professional brand.”
Full Scope Public Relations is collaborating with Reddit’s legal team to explore possible legal actions.
“We have engaged our legal team to take action against those responsible for the fake and harmful documents,” Full Scope PR noted.
No comment has been provided by Swift’s team regarding the matter.
Chiefs Prepare for the Ravens in Thursday Night Football
This Thursday night, Kelce will take the field for the opening game of the regular season as the Chiefs face off against the Baltimore Ravens at GEHA Field located in Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City, Missouri. Although it’s not officially stated, Swift is expected to be there, taking advantage of a two-month break in her Eras Tour schedule.
On Tuesday, when asked about his girlfriend’s interest in football and her potential contributions to team strategies, Kelce expressed his admiration.
“What makes her exceptional in her career is her attention to detail in everything—be it the lyrics, the music, or even the releases and music videos. She is incredibly thorough, which makes me think she’s just intrigued by the profession. I’ve heard none of her suggestions have reached Coach (Andy) Reid yet, but if they ever do, I’ll let everyone know it was her idea,” he said at a press conference before the game.
