Phantom (2-3) vs. Mist (1-4) Game Preview
Ionescu, a WNBA champion with the New York Liberty, propelled the Phantom to their second victory of the season last Friday, scoring 32 points, grabbing nine rebounds, and making eight assists against the Rose.
The Mist secured their first victory of the Unrivaled season on Saturday, with Stewart, a star from the Liberty and co-founder of Unrivaled, leading the charge with 23 points and 10 rebounds versus the Vinyl.
Earlier this season, the Phantom defeated the Mist 74-69 on January 24, with Griner and Sabally each scoring 29 points in that match.
Vinyl (2-3) vs. Lunar Owls (5-0) Game Preview
The Lunar Owls maintained their undefeated status by outlasting the Laces last Friday night. Collier has been a standout player, averaging 28 points and 11.8 rebounds per game.
The Vinyl is eager for a win after suffering three consecutive losses following a 2-0 start to the season. Dearica Hamby notably scored 35 points and grabbed 15 rebounds in their previous game against the Mist.
The Lunar Owls previously defeated the Vinyl 67-57 on January 27, led by Collier with 19 points and 17 rebounds.
Will Angel Reese play tonight?
No, Reese and the Rose completed their Week 3 games on Friday and Saturday.
Reese became the first player in Unrivaled history to be ejected during the second quarter of a game against the Laces on Saturday. A referee mistakenly thought she was directing her gesture at him instead of at Tiffany Hayes, which resulted in two technical fouls. Reese expressed her frustration with a “free me” post on social media, while her coach hopes she can learn from this experience.
Additionally, last week the “Angel Reese Special” was introduced at McDonald’s: the meal includes a BBQ Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese topped with new BBQ sauce, alongside French fries and a drink.

- A three-team trade involving Jewell Loyd, Kelsey Plum, and several picks for the 2025 WNBA Draft has kickstarted the offseason excitement.
