Vince Vaughn makes rare appearance with children at Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony
While Vince Vaughn is renowned for his stardom, his primary role as a father takes precedence above all.
The SAG-nominated actor received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday. Marking a rare occasion, Vaughn appeared alongside his wife Kyla Weber and their two children, Locklyn, 13, and Vernon, 11.
Dressed in a charcoal suit paired with a white tee and sneakers, Vaughn took pictures with Weber and their kids in front of his newly unveiled star. Locklyn looked elegant in a simple white sun dress, while Vernon, holding a plaque of Vaughn’s star, sported a smart navy-blue suit.
In his speech at the event, Vaughn expressed heartfelt gratitude to his “wonderful wife” Weber for her unwavering support.
“I’m so happy that you’re with me for this moment,” he shared. “I deeply appreciate you, our beautiful children, and all the joy we share together.”
Vaughn and Weber tied the knot in 2010, welcoming daughter Locklyn the same year in December, followed by son Vernon in 2013.

During his Walk of Fame address, the “Wedding Crashers” star also honored his children, acknowledging their significance in his life.
“Despite how much this means to me, Vernon and Locklyn, the truth is you two are the most vital parts of my life,” Vaughn proclaimed.

He humorously noted, “While you may not bring in the earnings, you don’t offer me the kinds of perks that come with this honor either.”
“But in all seriousness, you both matter the most, and I love you immensely. I’m so happy to have you here with me.”
